Tell me though, How on earth do you manage to put these into a computer format. Is it based on leveling a camera? and cropping?

Oh yeah, I just take a digital pic with the camera on a tripod, and then crop it and clean it up in photoshop.

Hmm.. this brings to mind many things for me.
The inside of an angler fish, Organs, Something very grand and Cosmic. The way mold grows on bread and waves of the ocean. all combined into a beautiful work of art.

Incredible.

Like waves of cosmic mold, haha, . . . thanks Ages, . . I really like creating interesting, textural weirdness.

How did you create such a smoothly blended effect? I can never do that with oils.

This is really beautiful, how long did it take you?
:iconmoldyb:
Hi and thanks very much. This took about 3 weeks to finish. I used a lotta layers for the background, . . starting with a very light burnt umber "wash", then cerulean blue, and then burnt umber again, . .. . working from the edges or corners, towards the lighter areas. In other parts of the canvas I did different things, but I really tried TO blend everything, so I'm glad you noticed, haha. Thanks again.

Hey, you have a very nice gallery! I really like the painted textures in this one.
